I see therapy as a strong but temporary guiding force—helping you find your centre, strengthen your sense of direction and feel confident stepping into the next phase of your life with
independence. My aim is to help people grow and shine into their sensitivity and emotionality, not just manage it.

Adolescence can be full of big emotions, shifting identities, and pressure from every direction. Therapy outdoors offers teens a non-judgmental space to talk, move, reflect, and experiment with new ways of coping. Whether we’re walking, sitting under the trees, or working through creative activities, sessions are designed to help teens manage anxiety, navigate friendships and family relationships, and build tools for emotional regulation. My goal is to offer a grounded presence—someone who listens, guides, and helps them reconnect with their own strengths.

Play is how children explore, process, and grow. Outdoor therapy creates a space where they can move, climb, dig, laugh, and express themselves in ways that feel natural. Through play-based approaches, sensory exploration, and gentle guidance, I support children in building emotional regulation, social skills, confidence, and resilience. For children who are neurodivergent or have experienced trauma, the natural environment offers freedom and safety that four walls often can’t.

Supporting children often means supporting the whole family. I work with parents to strengthen relationships, create strategies that feel manageable, and navigate challenges such as ADHD, autism, trauma, and family stress. For adults, sessions are an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. The outdoors naturally encourages grounding and perspective, making space for nervous system regulation, healing from trauma, and building healthier patterns in daily life. My role is to walk alongside you—offering both evidence-based tools and the steady reminder that growth is possible at any stage.

Heartfelt Outdoor Therapy offers corporate wellbeing workshops designed to support and energise employees. These sessions bring the restorative benefits of nature into the workplace, helping staff reconnect with the outdoors in ways that are practical and achievable during the workday.
We tailor each workshop to your organisation’s goals—whether supporting neurodivergent employees or staff more broadly—and focus on realistic strategies that enhance wellbeing, focus and connection.
Rather than criticising indoor workplaces, our approach celebrates what’s possible. We show teams how to:
✔️Build simple outdoor habits that boost mood, creativity and performance
✔️Take meaningful breaks in natural light, movement and outdoor social connection
✔️Learn evidence-based techniques to reduce stress, improve focus and sustain energy
Workshops can be delivered on-site or off-site, as one-off sessions, a series, or as part of a broader staff-wellbeing / counseling program. Please get in touch for pricing, as costs vary depending on group size and the services included.
If your organisation values its people and wants to offer something practical, meaningful and refreshing, our corporate wellbeing workshops provide a powerful way to foster healthier, happier and more connected employees-ultimately benefiting your workplace culture and productivity.
Every session is a little different—shaped by the setting, the season, and what you need that day. Here’s what you can expect:
Sessions are 90 minutes. This gives us enough time to settle in, walk or explore the space, take part in therapeutic activities, and reflect before closing, without feeling rushed.
Heartfelt Outdoor Therapy happens without the usual walls and limits of an office. Nature becomes our setting. Some people feel grounded working close to home, while others feel refreshed by exploring somewhere new. You can choose the approach that feels right for you, or mix it up over time.
Meeting within your own community strengthens your brain’s “mental maps,” helping you feel safe, oriented, and connected to place. Over time, familiar trees, paths, and landmarks become anchors for calm and belonging, reminding you of your progress in therapy.
Travelling to less familiar spaces can bring a sense of novelty and adventure. New environments spark creativity, shift perspective, and help break old patterns. Many people find this sense of discovery refreshing, much like the excitement of visiting somewhere new.
If you live in Thornlie or the City of Gosnells, there’s no travel fee—we can meet in beautiful locations nearby. Outside this area, travel is charged at $0.90 per kilometre (round trip) to cover fuel, time, and insurance.
