Terms of Service

Session Duration and Fees

Standard outdoor therapy sessions are 90 minutes in length.
The fee is $180 per session.
Sessions held within the city of Gosnells area incur no additional travel cost.
Travel outside this area is charged at $0.90 per kilometre (round trip) to cover fuel, time, and insurance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated before the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions are confidential. Information will only be shared with your consent or when required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, legal obligations).
Personal information is collected and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Outdoor Setting Disclaimer

Sessions take place outdoors in parks, reserves, or other natural settings. Conditions may vary with weather.
In the event of unsafe weather (e.g., storms, extreme heat), sessions may be rescheduled or adjusted for safety.
Clients are advised to dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.

Workshops & Group Sessions

Limitation of Service

Heartfelt Outdoor Therapy provides counseling and therapeutic support but is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
Clients experiencing acute mental health crises are encouraged to seek immediate medical or emergency support.

By booking and attending a session with Heartfelt Outdoor Therapy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
